2. Select the category “Marksheet & provisional certificate” in the submenu “select non-receiving of original Marksheet & provisional certificate”.

3. Click next

4. Fill in the details

5. On the query box, type “provide my IGNOU Marksheet & provisional certificate tracking status.”

6. Click on the submit button.

Wait for a few days the official department of the University will give you a reply.

IGNOU Marksheet not received?
